It costs around £60,000 per year to run our service, and costs are rising. We are heavily dependent on voluntary contributions.

Alternatively just go to www.virginmoneygiving.com and search for Bournemouth Samaritans.
From here you will be able to make a one off or regular donation, or set up a fundraising event either on your own or as part of a group. If you organise a sponsored event, tell everyone you know where to find our page and they can go there and sponsor you.
Any money raised through Virgin Money Giving also allows us to claim Gift Aid where applicable. This actually allows us to claim £1.28 for every £1 raised (changing to £1.25 on 5/4/11), at no extra cost to the donor.
All donations are very gratefully received and you will be helping to enable us to continue supporting those who need us, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
